LWL-Sachsenkabel GmbH continues to invest in increasing the efficiency of the production of fiber optic cabling solutions and pre-assembled components for fiber optic expansion. To this end, Sachsenkabel announces the expansion of production capacities at the manufacturing site in Kocani, Republic of North Macedonia. By relocating additional production lines from Gornsdorf, capacities for fiber optic assembly and the manufacture of pre-assembled components will be bundled in North Macedonia.
In order to further strengthen its technological expertise, Sachsenkabel is also investing more than €1 million in state-of-the-art production processes and the digitalization of all sites and production processes in 2024. “This development is a further step towards expanding our capacities and flexibility and strengthening our market position across Europe. At the same time, our commitment to the German market and our presence at our headquarters in Germany remain the basis of our successful business activities,” explains Dr. Michael Müller, General Manager of LWL-Sachsenkabel GmbH.
The changes serve to position Sachsenkabel, with its more than 30 years of technological expertise in the manufacture of fiber optic components, for the future and to align the product portfolio in a competitive manner.
